Privacy notice
Effective August 24, 2026. Vectroform collects only the information you submit through a future-project request, partner introduction, customer portal, review, launch-list form, or direct contact, plus limited technical data used for security and aggregate site analytics.
How information is used
- To respond to future-project requests and partner introductions.
- To prepare, manage, and fulfill an order after Vectroform opens and terms are confirmed.
- To provide order status, proof approvals, artwork uploads, payment visibility, and order messages through the customer portal.
- To send one monthly development and launch email only when you explicitly join the launch list.
- To prevent abuse, understand aggregate site use, and improve the website.
Vectroform does not sell personal information. Website data may be processed by the hosting, storage, payment, email, or fulfillment providers needed to operate the service. Those integrations will be identified as they are activated.
Your choices
Every launch email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing info@vectroform.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, suppression, accounting, or legal obligations.
Project requests and quotes
A website submission is a request for discussion, not an accepted order. Pricing, scope, artwork, quantity, materials, schedule, taxes, delivery or pickup, and payment terms must be confirmed directly. No production or charge begins from submitting the form alone.
Artwork and approvals
You must have permission to use submitted names, logos, photos, trademarks, and other artwork. Vectroform may decline unlawful, unsafe, hateful, infringing, or technically unsuitable work. Any proof, dimensions, spelling, colors, and specifications presented for approval should be reviewed carefully before production.
Pre-launch shop
Shop items are development previews only and are not available to purchase while Vectroform prepares for an expected 2027 opening. The opening date is still being finalized. Planned starting prices, specifications, materials, and images may change before opening. Product colors can vary between screens and manufactured materials.
Reviews and examples
Customer reviews may be checked for authenticity, privacy, relevance, and prohibited content before publication. Clean catalog product views are labeled as product examples; genuine Vectroform prototypes and completed customer projects are identified separately.
